A customer's Gemini control panel is armed using their smartphone and the StarLink Remote App. Although the customer observes system arming correctly, the central station calls the customer reporting a "late to close". When checked, the system is armed and the control panel log indicates it was armed by a key switch. When this system is subsequently armed with a User Code, the central station never calls. Why is the central station calling my customer about a "late to close" whenever the customer arms the system using their smartphone and the StarLink Remote App?
In PCD-Windows Quickloader, check the User Assignment screen, User Report Open/Close tab. Ensure Keyswitch Arming is checked to report openings and/or closings.
Note: With GEM-P816 and GEM-P1632 control panels, User #36 will report. With GEM-P1664 control panels, User #68 will report. With GEM-P3200 and GEM-P9600 control panels, User 100 will report. With GEM-X255 and GEMC control panels, User 200 will report.
