For the mortise T3 lock models DL3500, PDL3500, DL4500 and PDL4500, can I purchase a battery pack that allows for replaceable batteries?

Yes, but be aware that replaceable battery pack part number "9ETBATCASE" is designed to fit newer models, and thus may not fit inside older lock housings.  Therefore, the non-replaceable battery pack can be used, (part number S6065).

My 4100 / 4500 series lock "Residency / Privacy" functions are operating in reverse (entering Residency Mode or Privacy Mode when the bolt is retracted instead of extended, and vice versa). I think I installed the "deadbolt position monitor" incorrectly. How can I fix this?
