FAQs
How can I resolve a System Trouble "E14" on GEMC-Series Panels when used with a FWC-FSLC-SOM1 Supervised Output Module or a FWC-FSLC-DUCT Duct Detector?
If a system trouble "E14" appears, and pressing RESET on the keypad will not clear the trouble, a likely reason could be the SOM and/or Duct Detector are programmed for "Reset-able" in the NAC Output/Assignment screen in PCD-Windows Quickloader download software.
Since Supervised Output Modules and Duct Detectors cannot be programmed for "Reset-able", a practical solution is to program these modules for "Silence-able".
(This solution applies to GEMINI C-Series Fire/Burglary control panels that utilize a Supervised Output Module (FWC-FSLC-SOM1) and/or a Duct Detector (FWC-FSLC-DUCT))
