Do the IP modules allow Pre- and Post-Alarm Video?

The NAPCO VCAM-I IP and VIP-Gateway transmit to the server approx. 12 seconds of pre-alarm (before trigger) and 18 seconds of post-alarm video for a total of 30 seconds.
