FAQs
I am unable to save my iSeeVideo Motion settings. What can I do?
If you are unable to save your iSeeVideo Motion Settings, check the following items:
- Ensure your motion detection window area "boxes" are inside the snapshot field of view and do NOT overlap each other.
- When you move the colored motion detection window area "boxes" into the camera field, ensure that you have checked (enabled) the corresponding "Area" associated with the color box.
- Ensure "Active" is checked for all cameras; also enable PIR motion sensor detection and pixel-based motion detection for the outdoor camera only.
- When you click Save, allow up to 15-30 seconds for the changes to be made (depending on your connection speed).
- Under Advanced Settings, ensure each camera has the latest firmware installed.
- Quit your browser session completely, re-open and log in to the account. Change the settings again and click Save.
- Ensure your browser software is up to date and has the latest version of Java installed. Visit the URL below to verify the latest version: http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp.
- Default your IE browser settings (click Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. Click the Reset button. Note: The aforementioned instructions apply only to Microsoft Internet Explorer, the only browser application we recommend to use.
