How do I ensure my ALPCI2-U communication interface cable works correctly with DL-Windows V4.1.96?

1.  Run Device Manager, right-click Silicon Labs CP210x device and select Properties.

2.  Select the Driver tab and verify the version is 6.7.3.350.

• If not that version, stop here and update the driver to that version, then continue below.

3.  Select the Port Settings tab.

4.  Change Flow Control from "none" to "Xon/Xoff"

5.  Select Advanced and change the Port Number to either 1, 2, 3, or 4, then click OK.

6.  Disconnect the cable from the PC for a few seconds then reconnect the cable.

7.  In DL-Windows, select Tools > COM Port Setup and Test.
