Why are the logged Sur-Gard IP signals appearing to be processed successfully but in fact are not being forwarded to the central station?
Open the account in the NAPCO NOC website (www.NapcoNoc.com) and verify the DNIS number is displayed correctly. For example, all leading (L) or trailing (T) zeros are displayed.
After correcting the DNIS number (if needed), select the Reset button (circled below). Send a test signal to the central station and verify it is being received correctly (before sending the test, contact your central station to warn them of the impending test signal).
