What are the battery pack part numbers and battery types used in the various Alarm Lock door lock models?
For all non-Networx cylindrical locks:
These include the DL2700, DL2800, DL3000, PL/PDL3000, DL3200 and DL/PDL4100. The battery pack part number is S6061 using five AA batteries. With fresh batteries, a meter should read at least 7.5VDC.
For all non-Networx narrow stile locks:
These include the DL1200, DL1225, DL1250, DL1300, DL1325, DL1350, PDL1300, PDL1325, PDL1350 (and the ET versions of each), the battery pack part number is S6170 using two lithium type 123 (3VDC) batteries. With fresh batteries, a meter should read at least 6VDC.
For all non-Networx mortise locks:
These include the DL2700CR, DL2700DB, DL3500, PL/PDL3500, DL/PDL4500. The battery pack part number is S6174 using five AA batteries. With fresh batteries, a meter should read at least 7.5VDC.
For all non-Networx exit trim locks:
These include the ETDL, ETPL and ETPDL. The battery pack part number is S6174 using five AA batteries. With fresh batteries, a meter should read at least 7.5VDC.
For all double-sided locks:
These include the DL5200, DL/PDL5300, DL/PDL6300. The battery pack part number is S6172 using four AA batteries. With fresh batteries, a meter should read at least 6VDC.
For most Networx locks:
These include the PDLN4100, PDLN4500, DL/PDL6100, PL6100, PL6200, DL/PDL6300, DL/PDL6500, PL6500, PL6600, PL8200, PDL8200, PL8600, PDL8600, ETDLN, ETPN, ETPNRX, ETPNiRX, ETPDLN, ETPDNRX, and ETPDNiRX. The battery pack part number is S6196 using four C batteries. With fresh batteries, a meter should read at least 6VDC.
For all narrow stile Networx locks:
These include the DL1300NW, PDL1300NW, DL1300ETNW, and PDL1300ETNW. The battery pack part number is 9PDL13NWBATPCK using four AA batteries. With fresh batteries, a meter should read at least 6VDC.
