FAQs
What are NAPCO E-Access "Threat Levels" and how are they used?
THREAT LEVEL is a feature of the E-Access system that allows you to temporarily modify or bypass the existing Schedules and Access Level privileges.
There are five different Threat Levels:
• LOW: All doors set to this level will remain on their assigned Schedule(s) unless the level is raised.
• GUARDED: All doors set to LOW will lock until the level is lowered.
• ELEVATED: All doors set to LOW or GUARDED will lock until the level is lowered.
• HIGH: All doors set to LOW, GUARDED, or ELEVATED will lock until the level is lowered.
• SEVERE: All doors set to LOW, GUARDED, ELEVATED, or HIGH will lock until the level is lowered.
