FAQs
When replacing a StarLink communicator, the NAPCO NOC (www.NapcoNoc.com) will not allow me to program the IP receiver information. Why?
The NAPCO NOC is designed to prevent the accidental programming of duplicate IP receivers. To remove a duplicate receiver in the NAPCO NOC:
- Delete all IP receiver information from the old StarLink communicator before saving the IP receiver information in the new (replacement) StarLink communicator.
- Set the old communicator back to Auto Enroll Programming and save the configuration.
- Use the NOC to program the IP receiver information into the new StarLink Communicator.
