What can cause a badge to be denied at a reader in Napco E-Access?
When configuring a badge in E-Access, you must apply an Access Level to the badge. On the screen where you apply the Access Level, the TYPE should display "INDIVIDUAL". If TYPE is configured for "Access Level Group", there is more chance of having a configuration issue, causing the badge not to gain access.
Note: There is one Access Level by default in E-Access called "Always".
