Why am I unable to locate the .HEX file in the PCD-Windows Quickloader v6.4.6 Firmware Download screen? And why am I unable to perform a remote download to a control panel using a StarLink communicator?

1.  Uncheck TIVA.

 

2.  CheckBrowse to searchfor the .hex file.

 

3.  Uncheck Fast Download (Local Download)todownloadremotelyusing theStarLink communicator.  Click the Download button.

 

4.  Select the remote downloadoptionGPRS/Radio.  Click OK to initiate the download.
