I’ve replaced my older StarLink CDMA / GSM 8D communicators with new model SLE-LTEV-8D and SLE-LTEA-8D communicators. Why am I now unable to upload or download to my control panels?
Your PCD-Windows Quickloader software must be version 6.4.5 or above. Check your version by launching Quickloader, then click Help > About Quickloader for Windows. Download the latest version from our Technical Library at https://tech.napcosecurity.com/.
