FAQs
With DL-Windows V5.5.3, are there any special firewall settings to allow the discovery of Gateways that are located on separate VLANs/subnets?
A "VLAN," is a logical subgroup within a local area network created by using software rather than manually rearranging cables in the data center.
With DL-Windows V5.5.3, no special firewall settings are needed to allow the discovery of Gateways located on separate VLANs/subnets. However, if the DL-Windows software was not installed on the same subnet as the Gateways, simply add the Gateway manually using Gateways > Manually Add a Gateway.
