FAQs
I have an existing schedule to engage Passage Mode in a NETWORXPANEL in Two Door Mode. However, when the schedule is triggered, it activates both the main relay and the auxiliary relay simultaneously. How can I isolate the relay activations?
With the release of DL-Windows V5.5.3, we have added a Two-Door Settings tab in the Features screen that includes the ability to activate Passage Mode in either the main relay or the auxiliary relay, or both relays together. Note: This new Two-Door Settings feature only operates with DL-Windows V5.5.3 or later. To use this new feature:
1. In the Features screen, Relay tab, check to enable Two Door Mode.
2. In the Features screen, Two-Door Settings tab, in the Remote/Schedule Steering area, check to enable the relay for the door of your choice.
3. At the bottom of the Two-Door Settings tab, verify that the 2 Door Mode Status is ON (as shown above). Finally, send your programming changes to the NETWORXPANEL.
