FAQs
With the FireLink FACP (Fire Alarm Control Panel), do I need to perform any default programming?
The FireLink FACP comes with a factory default program already programmed to report to your central station. All you need to do is register the radio communicator portion, connect all field wiring, install EOLRs on all unused zones and NAC circuits, then power the control panel with batteries.
Next, simply log into the NAPCO NOC (www.napconoc2.com), enter your primary and backup CS telephone numbers, CS account numbers (or SurGard IP information), then save the changes.
