I registered a StarLink communicator but why doesn't it appear in my Subscriber List?
The last step of the StarLink communicator registration process, is to "Check out"; if this step is not performed, your StarLink communicator registration will be placed into an "inactive" folder.
To investigate, proceed as follows:
In your Subscriber List, click the Unit Status pull-down and select Inactive, then click the Go button.
If the StarLink communicator in question is listed here, click the radio Device ID and the Subscriber Info page will appear:
Scroll to the bottom of your Subscriber Info page and click Add to Cart. Add a check to the Checkout checkbox, then follow the next steps. Note: It may take up to 15 minutes for the registration process to complete, and for the StarLink communicator to appear in the Active Units list.
