Who do I call if I'm having a problem activating my Imageware EPI Badging licenses or I need licenses reset, while moving to a new computer?
Unfortunately, you are unable to call EPI support anymore. You must fill out the EPI online support request form for license resets and license activation issues. After submitting the form, the EPI technical support team will call you. The support request form is at the link below.
NOTE: The EPI license server is at the Imageware Systems (EPI) location, not at the Continental location. You must have the two EPI license numbers (Runtime and Designer) available that was purchased from Continental.
