Why is my CardAccess License Manager screen blank after I successfully activated and registered the CardAccess 3000 software license?
A lack of Windows permissions might cause the CardAccess License Manager screen to be blank even though the CardAccess 3000 is licensed properly. If the program launches with no errors, this means the correct license has been imported and activated sucessfully.
If the previous scenario occurs, have the IT Administrator log in with FULL ADMIN credentials, and verify if the CardAccess License Manager screen populates.
