When I run DL-Windows 4.1.96 in Microsoft Windows 8 (and/or 8.1), it appears that all of my DL-Windows Accounts and Lock Profiles are "lost", as my screen only displays a "green arrow" where my Account list should be. Yet all of my Users in the Global User Screen are still listed. What should I do?
The solution is to upgrade to DL-Windows 5.2.3. Click here to download OI382 and carefully review the section "DL-Windows Software Installation" on page 11. After the installation is complete, run the Upgrade/Import Utility as detailed in OI382 and in the onscreen prompts.
Launch the DL-Windows V5 software and your Accounts and Lock Profiles will appear normally.
