Whenever I attempt to upload or download my control panel program through the StarLink SLe-GSM Radio (using Quickloader for Windows 6.1), an error appears indicating that the Dealer ID or password is incorrect. How do I resolve this to allow the upload or download of my control panel program?
In the event that another individual enters the wrong radio number or attempts to access a radio that is not theirs, Napco has a reliable security feature in place: The Dealer ID and Password associated with the www.napcocomnet.com and www.napconoc.com website, is the same Dealer ID and Password used in PCD-Windows Quickloader to upload/download through your StarLink SLe-GSM Radio. To configure the Dealer ID and Password, close the account in Quickloader, then click File, Dealer Settings, then click the Dealer Defaults tab. Type the correct Dealer ID and Password used on the StarLink website and click OK. Re-open your Quickloader account and re-try the radio upload or download.
