FAQs
What communications device should I be using for the CardAccess 3000 and CA4K Napco Integration?
Until the release of CardAccess 3000 V2.9.88, the only communications option for the Napco Integration was the utilization of an NL-MOD. The NL-MOD provided communications between the CardAccess 3000 software and the Napco panel. The NL-MOD is currently not supported anymore. You must use the ZRemote-W.
After the release of CardAccess 3000 V2.9.88, the ZRemote-W communication device was introduced. The ZRemote-W option provides faster communications between the CardAccess 3000/CA4K software and the Napco panel. If you are using an NL-MOD, please contact your sales representative in regard to purchasing an upgrade to a ZRemote-W device.
