When I click the "Get IP from DNS" button in the PCD-Windows Quickloader Panel Communications screen, instead of retrieving the public IP I get an error message stating that the DNS Server Code is not defined. What do I do?
Once this error message appears, close the account in Quickloader, then click File, Dealer Settings, then click the Dealer Defaults tab. Here you need to type the DNS Server Dealer Code (see image below). Note that the Code is limited to 1-8 characters and special characters should not be used. If you have multiple installations of Quickloader and NL-MOD / iRemote-MODs in the field, be sure to use the same DNS Server Dealer Code.
