How can I determine the firmware version of my Gemini control panel and LCD keypad?
With the Gemini control panel models GEM-P816, GEM-P1632, GEM-P1664, GEM-P3200, GEM-P9600 or GEM-X255 and the GEM-RP1 series or GEM-K1 series two-line LCD keypads:
At the keypad, enter the control panel "Master Security Code" and press MENU (or FUNCTION), then press BYPASS until Activate Program appears on the keypad display. Then press either INTERIOR or STAY. Both the control panel and keypad firmware versions will quickly appear (see example image below). Press RESET twice to exit this function and return to normal operation.
