If my iBridge IBR-ITAB-HW hardwired tablet or IBR-ITAB wireless tablet is experiencing functionality issues, is there a troubleshooting checklist?
- Ensure that BOTH protective films are removed from the tablet (yes, there are TWO (2) films on the tablet screen for added protection during shipping).
- Ensure that you are not using a compat # in your control panel programming. (iBridge does not support compat #'s). If so, reset this to the default "0000" setting.
- The IBR-ITAB-HW uses 380mA standby current, therefore use of a separate power supply is recommended. If a separate power supply is used, be sure to common the power supply negative to a control panel negative.
- Ensure the tablet is running the latest firmware by checking for updates under Dealer settings.
