When I use Internet Explorer to view my keypad status through the www.ibridgeonline.com website, why do I see a blank screen?
You may need to view www.ibridgeonline.com in Compatibility View.
To enable Compatibility View, open your Internet Explorer browser, click Tools > Compatibility View settings. In the dialog that appears, type www.ibridgeonline.com into the Add this website field and click Add. The site will be added to the Websites you've added to Compatibility View: field.
Click Close to exit the dialog and the www.ibridgeonline.com web page will automatically refresh.
Note: The above information applies to the Internet Explorer browser only. Other browsers such as Chrome and Mozilla Firefox often do not require modifications.
