How can I change the Password and/or User ID for an iSeeVideo and/or iRemote-MOD customer’s account?
In the required webpage, click My Account, then click the "edit" icon (pen & pad image) that corresponds to the ID you would like to edit (a pop-up appears). Note: Check your PC's pop-up blocker settings to allow pop-ups; also be aware that the pop-up may appear behind your browser's window. Type the new User ID and/or Password within the fields provided, then click Update.
