FAQs
What should I do if the hasp driver fails to install during the installation?
The hasp driver on the V2.9.88 and V2.11.x DVDs, are not compatible with Windows 8.1 Pro and Server 2012 R2 and might fail. If a failure occurs, you must load it from a command prompt after the installation is complete. This is also noted in the Readme.doc.
Instructions to perform after installation is complete -
Open a Windows command prompt. Type the following command:
haspdinst.exe – I
F.Y.I. - This file can be found under the Drivers folder on the DVD
