FAQs
I connected my SLe-GSM Radio Communicator to the control panel as a primary communicator and the control panel does not dial out through the SLe-GSM to the central station. The central station receives the power-up and test signals, but not the alarm signals. Placing my meter across the two Telco terminals, I measure zero (0) volts DC.
There are two terminals marked TIP and RING on the SLe-GSM terminal strip: One pair is marked PANEL TIP and PANEL RING (with 27V) and one pair is marked TIP and RING (with 0 volts). Ensure the control panel is connected to the radio Primary terminals, TB12 (PANEL RING) and TB13 (PANEL TIP).
If the control panel is connected to the Secondary terminals B10 (RING) and TB11 (TIP), the SLe-GSM Radio Communicator will not function.
