How do I cold start a new V70 control panel?

Select either method:

1. Enter Direct Address (Dealer) Program Mode using the keypad, enter location 4093 and press the ON/OFF (or ENTER) button.  Press RESET to exit program mode and the keypad will display the system trouble "E09-00 NOT PROGRAMMED" (no control panel program). 
2. If you are unable to enter Direct Address (Dealer) Program Mode, perform a motherboard "hard reset" as follows:  Short spade lugs E4 to E19; while shorted, move the Keypad Configuration jumper to the bottom two pins for 5 seconds, then return the jumper to its "Normal" position.  Remove the short and the control panel keypad will display the system trouble "E09-00 NOT PROGRAMMED" (no control panel program).
