If I program User Codes into the DL3000, DL1300, DL3500 or DL4500 lock using DL-Windows, can I later delete them using the lock keypad?
Yes. When using the keypad to delete the User Code, be sure to use the number assigned to the user in the Lock Data screen.
As shown in the example image below, use the number in the "User No" column (for example, the "12" circled in red). Do not use the number in the Global Users screen "Ref." column (for example, the "2" circled in red). At right, notice that the number "12" also appears (circled in red) when you select/highlight the user in the Global Users screen, and right-click the Lock Profile (in the Locks grid), displaying their Global user number assignment.
