With the SLe-GSM Radio Communicator, can and will Napco suspend an account at the dealer's request? Must the dealer give a reason for the suspension? How quickly after the request will the suspension take effect? Can the dealer suspend an account online?
Napco can immediately suspend an account (thus deactivating the SLe-GSM radio) for the Dealer upon written request, for any reason.
The Dealer may also suspend the account on-line at any time.
