If I need assistance with the CardAccess 3000 or CA4K Napco Integration, who do I contact?
Prior to configuring the CardAccess 3000 or CA4K Napco Integration, it is highly recommended to contact the Napco Technical Support group first. You must verify you have a fully programmed and functional Napco Alarm Panel that is communicating with the Napco Quickloader software via a ZRemote-W unit.
Once the Napco panel is programmed and communicating with the Quickloader software using TCPIP, then it is recommended to contact the Continental Technical Support group. The Continental Technical Support team will assist with all the necessary settings needed for the Continental Integration with Napco. This includes the settings in the CardAccess 3000 and the CA4K software.
