How do I suspend (cancel) a device on the www.NapcoComNet.com website?
In the www.NapcoComNet.com website located under My Subscribers, click the Device ID for the device you wish to suspend, then click the Suspend button located at the bottom of the webpage (see image below). Note: You can always restore the suspended device by selecting the device and clicking the Restore button.
