I uploaded user codes to my Marks lock (IQ DATA or IQ PROX), but they do not work. Why?

The lock must first be initialized at the keypad and then a six-digit user code must be assigned as a "Lock ID".

Example: Enter the Factory Code 9991234# 000001 # pressed at the keypad.

Program the GM and PIN number at the keypad.
The "Lock ID" number must be entered into the software as "000001" (shown in the image below).
The GM and the GM PIN must also be entered into the software.
