I am tripping input #1 on the StarLink SLe-GSM. The signals are being received at the StarLink Radio Management Center (SRMC, at the website www.napconoc.com) but are not arriving at the central station. I noticed that all 9's were programmed for the central station telephone number; I subsequently programmed my telephone number and added my account number in the Dealer section at the SRMC. But why are the signals still not arriving at the central station?
Go to the StarLink Radio Management Center at the website www.napconoc.com and click the Advanced tab. Type your account number and the central station telephone number in the Telco # for reporting tamper / linecut / parallel inputs field.
