I just tried to upload to my iQue/iQwik lock with my iDat. After I press function 14, the iDat displays the message "records loaded… 0" and the lock beeps once and a red LED turns on. Why does this happen?

Two issues can be the cause of this message:

1. The GGM in the software does not match the GGM in the lock;
2. An upload was interrupted before it completed, resulting in an incomplete database.
