FAQs
I have a Gemini GEM-P3200 control panel with wireless supervision set to 70 minutes. The control panel displays supervision failure. How can I resolve this issue?
Each wireless transmitter will send in a supervisory signal once every 72 minutes. If you set the supervisory timer on the control panel too close to this time, there is a possibility of the occasional supervisory failure if the two are not synchronized. The GEM-P3200 by default will set the supervisory timer to 240 minutes (4 hours). Unless there exist special requirements, we recommend you do not change this 240-minute default duration. If you must reduce the supervisory time, never set it for less than 90 minutes.
