FAQs
How do I program the Test Timer feature with the GEM-P3200, GEM-P9600, GEM-X255 Control Panels?
If the Test Timer feature is programmed, an automatic test report will be transmitted to the central station on the scheduled day(s) at the scheduled time (UL installations require a report at least every 24 hours).
1. In PCD-Windows Quickloader, open the Schedule Assignment screen, Alarm User Schedules tab. As shown in the image below, each new schedule is represented by a row in the table. In the User/Area column, type "1"; in the Event column select Test Timer; place a check in the Week column checkbox, place a check in the Day of Week column for the day you wish the report to be sent (check all days for a daily test report); in the Normal Hours column, type the time (in 24-hour military format) you wish the report to be sent.
2. Then open the System Reporting and Outputs tab and for the Test Timer report, check the Report on Alarm Telco 1.
