In the iSeeVideo Administration screen on the iSeeVideo Website, can you explain what each of the various available options is used for?
The following explains the various options available in the iSeeVideo Administration screen in the iSeeVideo Website (www.videoalert.net):
Subscribers
Click this option to view Subscriber details. Subscriber details are all customer details submitted during the initial activation and creation of a Subscriber account. Also use this option to disable a Subscriber account (such as for customer non-payment). To disable an account, simply click Edit, un-check the Active checkbox and click Save.
Users
Click this option to view the users of all accounts. You can search for your customer's user ID if forgotten or misplaced. You can also reset their password to "1234" or click "Forgot your Password" to have their password emailed to them (the Email field for the user ID is the email address used for this password reminder). In addition, the Account field displays each user's assigned account number.
Edit Dealer "Administrator" User
Click this option to make changes to your dealer information such as changing your Password, Email Address or Full Name. The Email Address field in this screen is the email address used if you forgot your password and used the "Forgot your Password" link.
Upload a new Logo
Click this option to add or replace your dealer logo displayed for your customers when they log into their iSeeVideo account. At this page there is a recommended image resolution for your logo and maximum file size requirement. For best results, try to stay within the recommended image resolution. In addition, files above the file size limitation will not upload.
Customize Look & Feel
Click this option to add or change the URL (webpage) when your dealer logo is clicked. You can also use this section to enable or disable the "splash bar" that appears underneath your logo.
Exit
Click this option to log off of your System Administration Dealer Account.
