When I connect to my iRemote-MOD, I get the message "01 (or 02,03,04,05,06,07) Out of System". How can I resolve this?
After checking that the iRemote-MOD is configured correctly with the control panel as detailed in the installation instructions, use these troubleshooting tips if necessary:
In the keypad or software programming of your control panel, the iRemote-MOD does need to be added to the system the same way you would add any keypad. If this has not been done, use the control panel programming software (PCD-Windows Quickloader) and add the iRemote-MOD as the next available keypad in the system. If you decided to re-address your existing keypads and keep the iRemote-MOD as #1, add additional keypads in the programming so they do not display "Out of System". Note the iRemote-MOD green and yellow data wires must be connected to the same control panel terminals to which other keypads are connected. Note: If only 12V and ground are connected without the green and yellow data wires, the keypads can also display the same "out of system" message.
