What is an E08-00 trouble code and how can I resolve this?
The E08-00 trouble indicates a Telco line failure or other issue with the telephone line. This trouble could indicate that the telephone line has been cut or has low voltage. A Telco line failure is a programmable feature that includes the options to trigger the siren and to adjust duration between the detection of the line fault and when the fault is displayed. Note that it takes approximately 1 minute to detect a Telco line failure; programming an additional telephone line test delay extends the time between detection and activation of the Telco line failure system trouble.
