FAQs
Can the SLe-GSM radio be programmed to put the control panel into trouble if the NOC fails to report to the Central Station?
Yes. To enable, open the radio account at www.NapcoNoc.com and click the Advanced features tab.
At the Create Linecut at Control Panel selections, check to enable the following:
- Low Voltage (voltage from control panel that is powering the radio)
- Fail to Communicate
- Shutdown
- Fail to check-in
- Low Battery
- GPRS network trouble
- Telco Line-Cut
- Reporting/Download Disable
If any of these selected events occur, the telephone line simulation voltage provided by the radio to the control panel Telco terminals will be removed. If the control panel has been programmed to monitor for a Telco line cut condition, the panel will exhibit this trouble condition when the selected event occurs.
