The message "Invalid response received" appears when using PCD-Windows Quickloader software to upload from or download to a control panel using an NL-MOD Network Communication Module or an iRemote-MOD Remote Control Module. What can I do?
The error "Invalid response received" appears (see image below) when the NL-MOD is reachable but communication does not exist between the NL-MOD and the control panel. This can occur if the local download cable is disconnected or damaged, or if the hardware is faulty. Check the connection by thoroughly inspecting the cables; you can also try disconnecting and reconnecting the cable. In some cases, swapping both ends of the cable can help. If the issue persists, replace the local download cable.
