When I purchase a new ETPDL, is a list available of what parts the lock is packaged with, including the hardware dimensions?

Yes, the included parts and dimensions are:

1.   Lock Housing, Housing Sub-Plate and Lever (not shown).

2.   Battery Holder Mounting Plate, Cover Plate and Batteries.
