How do I reset my Prima PCAM Indoor/Outdoor HD Camera?
To reset the PCAM Indoor/Outdoor HD Camera back to its original "out of the box" factory condition, simply press and hold down the SET button (shown in the image below) for 60 seconds.
The PCAM will annunciate the different options while holding down the SET button.
- First will be to reboot the PCAM
- Second will be to reset the PCAM's Wi-Fi settings
- Third will be to factory reset the PCAM
Do not release the SET button until you hear "Factory Reset".
