When I attempt to connect to my iREMOTE-MOD, the message "Keypad Busy, Try Later" appears. How can I fix this?
If you are using a mobile app to view the iREMOTE-MOD, it is possible the iREMOTE-MOD is offline. Check the connection from a PC first; if already attempting to connect from a PC and this message appears, it signifies that a connection to the iREMOTE-MOD already exists.
If you are certain that no other device or PC is currently connected, wait 2 minutes for the existing iREMOTE-MOD connection to time-out (end), then try to connect again. The reappearance of this message indicates that an active connection currently exists between one device or PC and the iREMOTE-MOD. If there is an active connection to the iREMOTE-MOD, wait 2 minutes for this connection to time-out, then try to connect again.
Note that only one device or PC can be connected to the iREMOTE-MOD at any one time. Once that connection has timed-out or otherwise ended, you can only then try to reconnect to the iREMOTE-MOD.
