I'm using a StarLink Connect communicator connected to a Honeywell control panel. Why is "Keypad Addr.20 193" displayed in the keypad app?
When using a StarLink Connect communicator connected to a Honeywell control panel and a "Keypad Addr.20 193" displays in the app (see below image), the issue is most likely due to an error in the Honeywell panel programming and the emulated keypad is simply displaying that error correctly.
Shown below is the first setting in the Honeywell control panel that we recommend be checked:
