Is my StarLink communicator currently active or inactive?
To verify the real-time status of your StarLink communicator, visit the NAPCO NOC website at www.NapcoNOC.com. Although the communicator "Status" may be "Running Properly" (powered and working correctly), the SIM Status will indicate whether the communicator is successfully communicating with the cellular network, displaying either "Active" or "Suspend", as shown in the examples below:
