Can a NAPCO Technical Support representative remotely program my StarLink communicator?
Yes!
We in NAPCO Technical Support will be happy to program a StarLink communicator for you. Before calling us, have the following information available:
- Your dealer company telephone number
- Receiver information
- The last 4 digits of the central station account number
We prefer that the StarLink communicator be powered and it is checked in before programming. If you are using the communicator inputs, please have them fully wired and can identify which inputs are supervising each specific panel relay.
